Doug Barry, President
Doug Barry is President of BarryStaff, Inc. Doug has served as President since 2001. During that time he has overseen the growth of BarryStaff, Inc. from one office in downtown Dayton to locations in Sidney, Piqua, Dayton, and Cincinnati.
Doug joined the family business upon graduating from Ohio Northern University in 1994, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. While at ONU he was awarded four varsity letters in football and two varsity letters in track.
Doug believes strongly in giving back to the community. In 2002, he was cited by Dayton Business Journal as one of the top 40 most influential people under 40 years old. Doug is a volunteer for Junior Achievement of Dayton, past President of the American Business Club, and past Chair of the Employers Council for the Workforce Investment Act. Doug is currently a member of the Interim Fire Council for Miamisburg and Miami Township and serves on the Board for the Sinclair Community College Education Foundation.

Pam and her late husband, Warren, started the business in 1980. She has worked at BarryStaff in many different capacities over the years. Her current duties involve the administrative end of the business, including filing tax reports, and handling business details for the company.
Pam attended Bowling Green State University, and currently serves on the Board of the Downtown Dayton Partnership.
Kerri Voelkel, Office Manager
Kerri Voelkel is the Office Manager for the Dayton office. In addition to daily contact with clients and applicants, she is a specialist in Workers' Compensation and unemployment issues.
Kerri has been with the Barrys since 1986, when they were a Norrell Services franchise. At that time, she brought with her a Bachelor of Science degree from Miami University, two years experience as a personnel clerk, and lessons learned from her father who worked in manufacturing. “That was a key factor in being hired by Warren Barry! I can say I'm proud to have been a part of the progression that has brought us to what BarryStaff is today.”
Robert Voelkel is Operations Manager in the Dayton office. His primary duties include over seeing all aspects of payroll, billing, office IT, and recruiting. He is also responsible for managing daily office activities. Robert obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Alaska. Prior to joining BarryStaff in 1995, his work experience included four years with Personnel Pool in Syracuse, New York.
Teresa Myers is the BarryStaff Clerical Staffer, and has an extensive background in Human Resources and staffing. She works hard to ensure a great match, whether you are a client looking for an employee or an employee looking for a dream job.

Emily Monnin, Staffing Consultant
Emily Monnin has been with BarryStaff, Inc. for just over a year now, but is not a stranger to the staffing business or the Barrys. She staffed temporary employees for them from 1989-1996 when they were Norrell Services.
Emily uses her communication skills from her Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communications from Wright State University to interview and place people in light industrial jobs.
Greg Cross, Operations Manager
Greg Cross is Operations Manager in the Cincinnati office. He leads all staff recruiting, placements, payroll, and customer service. Greg has been in the staffing business since 1998 in many different roles, and joined BarryStaff in February 2008.
Scot Feldmeyer joined the BarryStaff team in mid 2007 and in early 2008 became the Manager of the Cincinnati office. Scot has been in the staffing business since 1992, and brings experience at MBS Associates in engineering and technical staffing, which gave him an understanding of the customer’s staffing needs from an engineering point of view.
Scot’s previous work experience also includes serving as Vice President and Sales Director for Flexstaff in Cincinnati. That work gave him specialized knowledge of staffing for manufacturing and industrial firms including placements in clerical, skilled labor, engineering, and information systems.
Scot earned a degree in Administrative Management from the University of Cincinnati. He is married with three adult children and three grandchildren. In his spare time, Scot is an official for high school football and basketball, and also umpires girl's fast-pitch softball. In addition, he occasionally covers local high school sports for Cox Newspapers.
Teresa Ambos is Office Manager of the Sidney office, interviewing and placing applicants and maintaining employee records. She has over 10 years of experience in the staffing industry as well as over 20 years of marketing and sales experience.
Teresa develops new customer accounts through telemarketing and on-site sales calls and presentations, and is responsible for ensuring that all clients’ needs are met.
Charity Kinnison, Operations Manager
Charity Kinnison is the Operations Manager of the Piqua office. She has over 25 years in the customer service and sales field. Charity is responsible for the day to day operations of the Piqua office, including applicant screening, job placements, data maintenance, and client services.
Erin Post, Payroll
Erin Post is in charge of processing payroll for all BarryStaff employees. She came to BarryStaff in 2010 from a third-party inspection company where she processed payroll for five years for their temporary employees. This gave her solid experience in the staffing software used at BarryStaff. Erin has an Associate degree in Accounting and has experience in accounts payables and receivables.
