Position Summary:

Candidate will have the ability to analyze the current buying system, create the best methods for day-to-day purchasing operations, oversee all purchasing, be a skilled negotiator, with previous manufacturing experience and establish goals based on corporate inventory needs and sales projections.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities are as outlined below but not limited to the following:

• Utilize MRP for production scheduling.
• Generate PO’s and manage open orders for on-time deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of goods ordered and received.
• Assist in developing effective invoicing and collection processes.
• Propose improvements to the current purchasing system that will improve vendor relationships and lower product cost.
• Vendor contract negotiation.
• Review procedure for purchasing, including evaluating and selecting suppliers of material
• Maintain supplier/vendor list on the DBS Manufacturing Network.
• Determine suppliers that meet customer/product specifications, delivery terms, pricing and quality requirements.
• Is discrete in handling confidential management and employer-employee relation’s matters.
• Perform any and all duties deemed necessary by management.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this position the candidate should have a proven track record in the control of purchasing budgets, preparing and processing of requisitions and purchase orders for supplies, analyzing market and delivery systems in order to assess current and future material availability and the development and implementing of purchasing contract management instructions, policies, and procedures. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

High school education (Required), Associate Degree preferred

• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Manufacturing background with a proven history of developing effective inventory management policies.
• Ability to work well in teams of co-workers.
• Is organized, motivated, committed and self-directed.
• Ability to understand concepts regarding duties and responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills.

Position Summary:

The Quality Manager ensures that our products and services meet all necessary requirements before they reach the consumer. The Quality Manager will inspect the final product to make sure it has been built with compliance to legal standards and meets customer expectations. The quality manager should be thorough and observant with an eye for detail. Must fully understand the requirements for the product or service and have a sense of responsibility towards our potential and existing customers as well as the competition.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities are as outlined below but not limited to the following:

• Create and maintain all quality documents
• Maintain first part inspect records and samples as well as the last part being attached to mold when changed
• Create and maintain all Training records
• Direct and conduct 100% audit results and post results
• Inspect and tag all incoming raw materials
• Train and monitor all production personnel with regards to quality
• Meet corporate goals for efficiency and safety
• Provide operational support as needed for all shifts
• Help fulfillment for order processing and completion
• Engineering support as needed to sales for first piece inspection and FMEA reports
• Provide support as needed with permanent employees benefits

Qualifications:

• This position requires a working knowledge of all facets of the Injection Molding process including Quality and ISO system
• High School education
• Minimum of 3 years proven success in the industry
• Good computer and communication skills

Work Environment/Hazards:

Operate independently (in a team environment) any injection molding machine, grinder or other small equipment used in the production of injection molded products. Must have a working knowledge of all parts being produced. The company is an alcohol, controlled-substance and drug free facility. Any violation may result in immediate dismissal.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires standing for long periods of time, lifting to 50 pounds, and exposure to moderate noise and temperature levels.
