The hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. Pay is $14/hr.
Local Church is seeking a Part-time, Experienced Administrative Assistant. The job will mostly consist of assembling and typing bulletins, checking, sorting and distributing mail and emails, returning voicemails, answering phones, tracking and updating church membership, update events on calendar, call pastor with any necessary updates, filing, copying and scanning as needed. Hours are 10AM-2PM 3-4 days a week. Pay is $15/hr.

Will need to learn their products to help you answer basic questions about options and pricing. Will also need to learn the Miami Valley area, as they service 19 counties. Good data entry skills are a must. Hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. Pay is $13/hr.
Customer Service Rep needed for a Centerville Call Center. Will be handling inbound and outbound calls, will set up appointments, do follow up surveys, answer questions and follow up on leads from the sales team. The job is full time, 40 hours per week. Hours may vary Monday-Thursday 9AM-6PM. 10AM-7PM, or 11AM-8PM, Fridays 8AM-5PM and occasional Saturdays from 9AM-1PM. Pay is $14/hr.

Must have excellent attention to customer service both with telephone and in person greetings. Will answer all incoming calls, will sort, scan and distribute incoming mail, prepare and deliver outgoing mail to the Dayton Post Office at the end of each day. Will provide daily administrative support to the accounting and human resource teams, will handle filing, scanning, faxing as well as copying, sorting, binding, stuffing envelopes and applying labels for mailings while handling the phone system. Must have skills in organization and multitasking. Helps to set up files, maintain files and with meeting set up. Must have excellent MS Office skills in Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Starting pay is $15/hr. Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30AM-5:00PM.
Large Dayton Business is seeking an Experienced Administrative Assistant to the Sales & Service Department. Administrative experience with a hospitality background would be preferred. Will input, update and maintain all assigned databases into Simpleview, will handle technical issues and tickets related to CRM and troubleshoot to improve data quality, will maintain digital and hard copies of all sales and services reports. Will coordinate all necessary information for sales meetings. Will create digital and printed bid books for sales staff, assist Sales and Services and Marketing departments with mailings or email blasts, will secure venue and meeting details for the monthly meetings and tradeshows, will send invites, respond to RSVP’s , take attendance and take minutes at meetings. Will generate monthly lead log and PACE report by assigned deadlines, will assist in compiling data for marketing plan for Marketing Department, and other clerical duties as assigned. Must be proficient in oral and written communication. Must be proficient in Outlook, MS Word, Power Point, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and CRM administration. Hours are Monday- Friday 8AM-5PM. Pay is $18-$20/hr based on experience.
