BarryStaff is looking to fill several clerical openings in the Dayton, OH and surrounding areas: We have full and part time position available:

FULL TIME:

Centerville Business is seeking a full time Customer Service Representative. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls by following up on leads, setting appointments, answering questions, and doing follow up surveys. You will work 40 hours per week, but hours can vary from 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm,10am-7pm or 11am-8pm and occasional Saturdays from 9am-1pm. Pay is $14/hr.

Dayton company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to type quotes daily in MS Word and send them out via email, keep daily logs of quotes in Excel, send Certificates of Insurance, BWC and W-9 forms. Must have excellent typing skills. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and pay is $13/hr

Experienced Administrative Assistant to answer phones, file and handle Accounts Payables and Receivables. Must have excellent skills in MS Word and Excel. Full time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and the pay is $17/hr.

Dayton Non-Profit is seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator who will manage the front desk. You will welcome and direct visitors, manage calendar for CEO, answer and route calls, receive tenant payments and provide receipts for them, send correspondence to staff, receive, sort and deliver mail and deliveries, maintain postage for mailings, handle filing, copying, faxing and scanning, create and distribute schedules and other duties as assigned. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm and pay is $13/hr.

PART TIME:

Moraine company is seeking a Customer Service/Data Entry Specialist for a 6-12 week time frame. You will be answering calls, emailing customers, entering orders, scanning, filing, and coordinating with sales reps on customer needs. Hours are Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm with a possible overtime including Saturday 8am-12pm. Pay is $13-$15/hr based on experience.

Englewood Company is seeking a temporary receptionist to greet customers, answer phones, handle filing, and organizational tasks. The position will last at least 2-4 weeks possibly longer. Hours are Monday-Friday 7am-4pm. Pay is $12-$14/hr. based on experience.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO: In order to be placed on a job you need to apply and come and be interviewed.
