Local Nonprofit Organization is seeking a Professional, Experienced Administrative Receptionist. Someone with experience working with a nonprofit agency, or with a community government agency. Will manage the front desk and lobby, answer phones, greet visitors and provide assistance to the Executive Director. Will manage emails and calendar with Outlook, will handle all filing, typing, copying and scanning. Will receive, sort, date stamp and distribute all mail. Will help with event planning tasks, prepare monthly meetings, and maintain a monthly calendar, and any other tasks as needed. Must have excellent skills in MS Office, as well as excellent communication skills. Seeking at least 2 years’ experience. Pay is $18-$25 per hour based on experience.
Centerville Call Center is seeking a Customer Service Representative. Will be handling inbound and outbound calls, will set up appointments, do follow up surveys, answer questions and follow up on leads from the sales team. The job is full time, 40 hours per week. Hours may vary Monday-Thursday 9AM-6PM. 10AM-7PM, or 11AM-8PM, Fridays always 8AM-5PM and 1 Saturday per month from 9AM-1PM. Pay is $15/hr. as well as bonuses.
Dayton Machine shop is seeking an Experienced Administrative/ Accounting Assistant. Must have excellent skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Will prepare sales orders and will perform accounting functions including general ledger entries and account reconciliations. Will maintain business records and files. Will prepare accounting reports and input data into financial spreadsheets. Will do special projects as needed. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be detail oriented and able to work independently. Hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM and pay is $17/hr.
Local Manufacturing Company is seeking an Experienced Office Manager, preferably within a manufacturing facility. Must have at least 2 years experience in an administrative managerial role. Will be responsible for administrative tasks as well as ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. Will handle order fulfillment, customer service, and prioritizing work under little supervision. Other responsibilities include processing purchase orders, problem solving, communication both verbally and written, preparing freight documents, preparing invoices and adjustments, developing product line knowledge, tracking and ordering office supplies. Will be submitting and preparing reports, proposals and presentations, and at times assisting in AP, AR and payroll. Must be organized and able to multitask. Must be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. Hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. Pay is $22/hr. Based on Experience.
